Shipping

Every order ships free when you spend over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. We pack each piece by hand and dispatch within one to two working days, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our studio.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 4 to 6 days. During sale periods and the holidays, please allow a little longer.

Returns

• Return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Pieces must be in their original box and pouch.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of your return reaching us.

Exchanges

Want a different length or metal? Write to us with your order number and we will arrange the swap for you.

Something not right?

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@elovia.co with your order number and a photo, and we will repair or replace it.
