How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within one working day. Most arrive in 3 to 5 days, and shipping is free over $100.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. Return any unworn piece within 30 days for a full refund. We send a prepaid label.

How do I find my ring size?

Measure a ring that fits you across the inside, then match it to our size guide. Rings can be resized free within 30 days.

Will gold vermeil tarnish?

Keep it dry and wipe it with the cloth provided, and it will keep its colour for years.
